Jack D. Wilson – Co-Founder, Inventor & Chief Operations Officer

Jack D. Wilson is the creative genius behind the invention of Re-Usable Box Latch™ products to provide alternatives to tape, staples, and bands. He and his brother James co-founded Eco-Latch Systems, LLC in 2010, with the mission of “changing the way the world closes and Re-Uses boxes.” Jack prides himself on “thinking outside of the box” when it comes to rapid ROI solutions for the manufacturing, moving, storage, warehouse management and assembly industries.

Jack is a Wisconsin native and a University of Wisconsin-Madison alumnus who supports circular economy thinking and is passionate about reducing corrugate and tape waste. Jack believes that by adopting triple bottom line (TBL) principles to the management of their business, he and his team can help customers become financially, socially, and environmentally successful.

James F. Wilson – Co-Founder, Chief Executive & Export Officer

Co-founder of Eco-Latch Systems, LLC, and Jack’s brother, Jim has spent his career practicing and owning veterinary, publishing and consulting businesses. As a speaker, author, teacher and consultant, Jim has always tried to invent better, more efficient mousetraps for success. Thus, when the initial Box Latch™ eco-friendly box closing device was invented, he was eager to use his degrees in and knowledge of law and business to promote the positive effects it would have to save time, labor costs and the environment while improving the bottom line of the businesses that embrace this new technology.

Deborah J. Dollak – Fulfillment Manager

Deborah has 25 years of experience in a family medical packaging business. She operated presses, handled shipping and receiving duties, supervised employees, and helped the company grow from a dream to a very successful multi-million dollar company. In addition to her business responsibilities at the company, she raised three wonderful children, all currently involved in the original family business.

Sandy has spent the past 35+ years of her career working professionally in Human Resources with a focus in payroll, benefits, recruiting, training & event planning. She received her Associate’s Degree from University of Wisconsin-Waukesha and Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her passions are animal welfare and stylish shoes. She is an active voice for animals through her volunteer position as a Board of Directors member for HAWS (Humane Animal Welfare Society.)

Dan has been watching the development of Box Latch™ Products for the past five years. He operates a Mfrs. Rep firm in Milwaukee specializing in industrial packaging i.e., gaylord boxes & bulk collection containers, as well as niche products made of wood, steel and plastic. Dan sees the opportunity for Box Latches™ and Clip & Stacks to help many of his customers save money as they fulfill their sustainability missions. Because of that and his history of delivering the best of class packaging solutions, he has elected to include the family of Box Latch Products™ to the mix. Erik has been involved in material handling for nearly 20 years. He has spent his career servicing various industries including Tiers I and II automotive suppliers, commercial laundries, healthcare procurement centers, recycling businesses, and the hospitality sector. He lives in the Greater Phoenix Area where he started his own manufacturer’s rep agency providing information and promoting poly carts, bulk containers, and BoxLatch™ Products throughout the Southwest. Phil Southam is a retired CPA and former Australian Army Officer. He discovered Box Latch ™ Products while looking for a temporary box closure system for his valuable, portable CSXT N-Scale model railway modules. He found the solution in a Box Latch™ to close the flaps and a Corner Clip & Stack to hold them down and open. His passion for the products and their benefits resulted in a Skype-based friendship with Jack and Jim which, coupled with 45 years of experience developing extensive contacts in Australia, led to this position. Like Australia as a country, Phil has a commitment to reuse before recycling, as it makes both economic and environmental sense.

Bill Capelle – Distributor & Government Sales Representative

Bill has been involved with Industrial and Government Business Development for over 25 years working with large clients including 3M, Monsanto, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Oshkosh Corporation, CH2M Hill, Bechtel, Fluor Enterprises, US Army Corps of Engineers, General Dynamics, Fermi Labs, Westinghouse Nuclear, NASA and many more, in the Custom Fabrication and Machining Arena. Bill is on the Board of Directors for the (NDIA) National Defense Industrial Association’s Great Lakes Chapter. Janelle has a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University and spent her post graduate career working as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She is a go-getter and self-learner with over 15 years of customer service experience who attacks new challenges with vigor and confidence. Ecstatic to have become an asset to the Box Latch™ Products team, Janelle appreciates the company’s desire to live by their B-Corp mission supporting workforce diversity and flexibility. This position allows her to spend the time she desires with her toddler, Gabriella. Janelle resides in Clifton Park, NY with her husband Garrick, daughter and canine companion Snickers.

Michael D. Pierce – Field Representative Specialist – Europe

Dr. Michael Pierce is a retired Army Officer. He has devoted most of his professional career to serving the nation. His overseas assignments resulted in his decision to live and work in Germany, where he spends much of his time supporting non-profit organizations working on behalf of U.S. Service members and their families. His long experience working in Europe and with the military community made him the perfect candidate for bringing Box Latch products to new markets in the commercial and government sectors of Germany and Central Europe. An energetic professional with a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Mike has developed extensive contacts throughout the U.S. Military and related communities of interest.
