Jack D. Wilson – Co-Founder, Inventor & Chief Operations Officer

Jack D. Wilson is the creative genius behind the invention of Re-Usable Box Latch™ products to provide alternatives to tape, staples, and bands. He and his brother James co-founded Eco-Latch Systems, LLC in 2010, with the mission of “changing the way the world closes and Re-Uses boxes.” Jack prides himself on “thinking outside of the box” when it comes to rapid ROI solutions for the manufacturing, moving, storage, warehouse management and assembly industries.

Jack is a Wisconsin native and a University of Wisconsin-Madison alumnus who supports circular economy thinking and is passionate about reducing corrugate and tape waste. Jack believes that by adopting triple bottom line (TBL) principles to the management of their business, he and his team can help customers become financially, socially, and environmentally successful.

James F. Wilson – Co-Founder, Chief Executive & Export Officer

Co-founder of Eco-Latch Systems, LLC, and Jack’s brother, Jim has spent his career practicing and owning veterinary, publishing and consulting businesses. As a speaker, author, teacher and consultant, Jim has always tried to invent better, more efficient mousetraps for success. Thus, when the initial Box Latch™ eco-friendly box closing device was invented, he was eager to use his degrees in and knowledge of law and business to promote the positive effects it would have to save time, labor costs and the environment while improving the bottom line of the businesses that embrace this new technology.

Rob Peeters – EU Project & Commissioning Manager

Rob is a self-employed, Netherlands based, project manager who supports B2B projects related to packaging and production lines or setting up production areas. He manages projects from the engineering and budget stage until the commissioning of the production lines, at which point he converts agreements and plans into working production lines and/or facilities. His mission as a project manager is to “makes things work!”

Rob’s career has brought him to almost all countries in Europe where his experience with supply chain logistics and ability to speak and write in English, Dutch and German allows him to shine. As a person, he likes like to do things he has never done before. Setting up a European Organization that enables our distributors and agents to sell Box Latches™ is his new challenge in life! In Box Latch™ terminology that means “Let’s help Europe Re-Use boxes!”

Jim Schmidt – Field Service Representative – Southeastern Wisconsin

Jim has been involved with B2B and retail sales with domestic and international markets. Ed Osborn – Sales Rep for USA Markets

Ed has had a diversified career spanning over forty-six years of combined military and private sector experience. He served in the US Army, up through the ranks as a Supply Sergeant, Supply Warrant Officer, and Commissioned Quartermaster Officer with supply chain assignments spanning the globe. Since retiring from the Army, he has completed his MBA and held positions in wholesale and retail distribution, OEM National Sales Management and as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) owner/defense contractor.

Ed’s background, experience and education provides clients with consultative insights to workflow solutions, continuous improvement processes, ergonomics and efficiency. This enables him to help customers improve their work flow processes and the efficiency and well-being of workers as their employers reduce task cycle time and improve productivity. Michael D. Pierce – Field Representative Specialist – Europe

Dr. Michael Pierce is a retired Army Officer. He has devoted most of his professional career to serving the nation. His overseas assignments resulted in his decision to live and work in Germany, where he spends much of his time supporting non-profit organizations working on behalf of U.S. Service members and their families. His long experience working in Europe and with the military community made him the perfect candidate for bringing Box Latch products to new markets in the commercial and government sectors of Germany and Central Europe. An energetic professional with a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Mike has developed extensive contacts throughout the U.S. Military and related communities of interest.

Tom Allen is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in material handling systems and Distribution Centers (DC) who was impressed with our novel, simple to use box closing products. Thomas “Tucker” Campion – Field Representative Specialist North America

Thomas “Tucker” Campion served 20+ years as a Naval Special Warfare Officer (SEAL) in the US Navy, retiring in October 2000. After retiring, Mr. Campion worked as the Lead User Representative and Project Manager within the Program Executive Office for Special Programs and Special Operations Forces Warrior Systems at the USSOCOM in Tampa, FL. His responsibilities included developing and acquiring weapons, ammunition, demolition, Visual Augmentation and soldier protective systems.

In order to provide guidance and direction for purchases of specialized products by the U.S. military, in 2010 Mr. Campion started Poseidon Consulting, TPM, LLC. He has become well versed in products that could help the military achieve their goal of supporting a more sustainable planet.

She operated presses, handled shipping and receiving duties, supervised employees, and helped the company grow from a dream to a very successful multi-million dollar company. Sandy has spent the past 35+ years of her career working professionally in Human Resources with a focus in payroll, benefits, recruiting, training & event planning. She received her Associate’s Degree from University of Wisconsin-Waukesha and Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her passions are animal welfare and stylish shoes. She is an active voice for animals through her volunteer position as a Board of Directors member for HAWS (Humane Animal Welfare Society.)
