Eco-Latch Systems, LLC will abide by the production schedule of its plastics manufacturer.  Once an order is made, it will be completed when the next Box Latch™ run is performed and will be shipped within two weeks.

Refund Policy:

Any product that does not meet the expectations of the customer may be returned to Eco-Latch Systems, LLC Jefferson, WI 53549 for a full refund of the purchase price when returned within 30 days of initial purchase. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the product.
